If your product isn't providing the pure water you expected, we provide a streamlined return process to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your H2OForYou account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused filters or hardware in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the exterior of your box, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned system, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
